Another vegetarian yet simple cookies recipe. Happy trying.
Ingredients
500g Wheat Flour (sifted)
300g Ghee
150g Castor Sugar
A handful of of glazed sliced red cherries or in this case I used blackcurrant for decoration.
Method
1. Mix Castor sugar to wheat flour.
2. Melt Ghee in a non-stick pan in low fire.
3. Pour melted Ghee to wheat flour and Castor sugar mixture.
4. Make it into a dough.
Shape them to marble sizes and place a cherry on top of it. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10mins, 160c-170c.Let it cool then place in airtight container.
You may sprinkle some Castor sugar on the cookies while they are still hot.
Estimated: 130pcs (depending on the size)
