120g Self Raising Flour
50g Corn Flour
60g Castor Sugar
1 tea spoon Vanilla Essence
20g Desiccated Coconut
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add in the vanilla essence, blackcurrant and desiccated coconut. Mix well.
3. Then add in flour and corn flour and mix till well combine.
4. Use spoon for shapes and bake.
5. Bake at 150°c in a pre-heated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes
