Worry...??

When I received this from a friend, I did not take it as just another mail. It's more than that. I think it reflects me as I am a person at times who worries for nothing and everything....Although, I am coping much better in this matter but I need to contantly remind myself not to worry.
That is just me. Conflicts always arise between my mind and my heart. At times, my heart rules over my mind and vice-versa.
